Christofer Frasco, a resident of Marin County, California, has over 28 years of experience in the commercial real estate appraisal industry. He received the MAI designation from The Appraisal Institute in 1995 and has been a licensed commercial appraiser in the State of California since 1992.
Prior to forming Frasco & Associates, Mr. Frasco was affiliated with two San Francisco-based appraisal firms. During this time, he gained nationwide experience in the valuation of large institutional office, retail and industrial properties. At the Arthur Gimmy Company, he headed up the self-storage and senior housing divisions of the firm in 1989 and 1991, respectively.
Mr. Frasco has performed a wide variety of appraisal and consulting services for mortgage lending, portfolio asset management, litigation support, rental analysis, property tax appeal, estate planning and taxation, divorce settlement and acquisition and disposition purposes. He has been retained for expert witness testimony and participated in numerous two and three-party rent arbitration proceedings. His specialized work experience includes completion of over 200 senior housing and over 150 hospitality and self-storage assignments.
